We had the most amazing time at our recent stay in Marrakech. the Riad we stayed at, Lorsya, was absolutely perfect. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Abdul, Mustafa, Imad, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful, providing us with great advice and assisting us with everything we needed. the Riad itself was beautifully restored, with elegant and precious furniture in our room. the location was also excellent, just a short walk from the bustling Big Square. We loved the rooftop deck with its stunning views. it was an excellent experience and we highly recommend Riad Lorsya. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

The helpfulness of all the staff. Really made us feel welcome and happy to help out wherever possible. Beautiful Riad.. the perfect Moroccan experience. Had dinner there the first night.. all cooked for us. Lovely.

Nothing.. it's tucked away near the Souks, so very easy to get lost - but all part of the experience. And when we did get lost, a quick call and somebody came to find us and escort us back!

The location is marvellous, just a short walk away from Medina of Marrakesh. Moreover, it is short walk to the centre of the Medina Wonderfully helpful staff, and the nice bars, pools and restaurants

It's a pity but there was no pressure.

We were given a spotless room with a mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe.

Located near the Mouassine Mosque in the heart of the bustling Medina, Riad Lorsya is a hidden gem worth discovering. Navigating through a complicated maze of streets adds to the adventurous charm of the experience. the rooms have a traditional and characterful design, providing a homely atmosphere. the refreshing pool offers a much-needed reprieve after a day of exploring. the staff takes a genuine interest in guests' daily activities and their warm hospitality makes you feel right at home.

Despite its wonderful amenities, the transportation of luggage to and from the Riad can be challenging, potentially causing damage to belongings.

The location was very central. The staff were all execllent, helping with booking trips and any other information we needed.

Superb location, close to everything. Beautifully decorated rooms with comfy beds and traditional Moroccan decor. Friendly and welcoming staff. Flexible breakfast service, even for late risers. Refreshing pool in hot summer temperatures. Excellent manager who ensures both attentiveness and privacy. Will definitely stay here again on future visits

Friendly and helpful staff, cute rooms, little plunge pool, great little rooftop terrace, good location, nice and quiet - a real little oasis from the busy streets outside!

It's starting to tire a little around the edges and could benefit from a a quick lick of paint soon.

Location - 5 minutes to the centre - and easy to find when you learn the way. Service was exceptional. Breakfast each day was fresh and reasonably varied. Bottled water was available on request and at no extra charge. Help with bookings - e.g. restaurants, spas, bus tickets - was efficient and free.

Cozy room with a lovely vibe – the bedroom is upstairs with a cute balcony looking over the living area below, and there's a bathroom too. Talk about a setup! 🌟 On top of that, the spot is top-notch, right next to the Square. Perfecto!

Small size, location, flexibility

The staff were incredibly friendly and would go above and beyond to help make our stay perfect, from booking restaurants to constant supplies of mint tea and an amazing complementary meal on the first night. The rooms are unique and beautiful as well as being very clean. During our stay I was 4 months pregnant and do the advice of the staff on restaurant recommendations etc really helped us relax into our holiday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff were unbelievably friendly, professional and attentive. Yassine provided excellent service, guiding us to the private car park. Delicious meals, spotless rooms and two wonderful terraces. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful in organizing activities.

It was all superb.
